What forms of payment do you accept? 

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal. If you are available for local meet-up you're welcome to pay with cash.


How secure is this store? 

We are PayPal Verified and this store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).


Do I need a PayPal account in order to buy products from your store? 

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account it does speed up the process when you use it.


What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. No refunds, no exchanges, unless we ship the wrong size or color to you, in that case we will pay for the shipping costs for your return and send you out the correct pair of shoes that you ordered. Customer satisfaction is highly valued to us. If you have further questions please contact us.


SHIPPING 

How long does it take for items to arrive? 

We take 24-48 hours to process then Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 2-3 business days. International orders usually take 2-4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing. 


It may take longer depending on if we are getting the shoes from an online retailer, in which we have to wait until they come to us, then we ship them to you - please see description on our products to see if this delay is in effect, although most of our stock comes from stores and this shouldn't be a problem.


What shipping method do you use? 

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.


How much does shipping cost? 

It depends on your country and the size of your order. *Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.


Do I get a tracking number? 

The email you used via Pay Pal will automatically get sent a tracking number after your product has been processed for mailing. Updates on package destination is ultimately determined by USPS post office location in other words when it reaches certain USPS check point they update where you package is on the USPS site.


Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we ship to almost every country around the world. 

*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The buyer is responsible for any customs fees. Your item is normally marked as a "gift" to help avoid extra fees.


Are All shoes authentic? 

All shoes are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. We don't deal with fakes, variants, B Grades.We buy them from legitimate retailers. All Shoes/Apparel are purchased from Legitimate Retailers.


Are all PREORDERS Fulfilled?

Yes all Preorders are Fulfilled! We never take a volume of orders that we can/would never fulfill! And even in the rare case we didn't get the Sneakers, you will be Refunded! We HAVE NO PROBLEM GIVING A REFUND.

When do you Normally Take PREORDERS?

We take PREORDER's 1 -2 Months in Advance, sometimes 1-2 weeks before a sneaker release.

Everything! Lmao it honestly doesn't matter, as long as it's LEGIT! NO BS GUARANTEE.

I want to purchase a sneaker from you guys, but my size is no longer available/sold out..what can I do
